”BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA”
My buddies and I are new to th e Hayward Area and we heard good things about Sure Stay in Hayward and we decided to give it a try. I have to say the hotel overall is great and the rooms are very clean and up to date. But the best part of our stay was the customer service we received from the front desk clerk, Mercedes. She was very considerate and very helpful and went above and beyond to assist us in checking in and helping us find a good restaurant to eat. I really appreciate Sure Stay for having clerks as nice as Mercedes. Thank you from our whole group!!!!

After reading so many positive reviews, I opted to cancel arrangements at another hotel to book this one. I m so glad I took the chance! Our room was in much better shape; it was spotless! We appreciated how quiet our room was and how comfortable the bed was. The person at the front desk was quite pleasant and helpful. This property exceeded our expectations in every way! We will most certainly stay at the SureStay Hotel by Best Western Hayward again!
