My buddies and I are new to th e Hayward Area and we heard good things about Sure Stay in Hayward and we decided to give it a try. I have to say the hotel overall is great and the rooms are very clean and up to date. But the best part of our stay was the customer service we received from the front desk clerk, Mercedes. She was very considerate and very helpful and went above and beyond to assist us in checking in and helping us find a good restaurant to eat. I really appreciate Sure Stay for having clerks as nice as Mercedes. Thank you from our whole group!!!!
